Paranormal in the West Country EP - Julian Cope [1994]

Inaugurating imminent West-East Ridgeway walk by Pingas, Welsh Connexion and Y Brawd. Let's hope we don't startle this fellah bustling in hedgerows, snuffling around barrows.

Ever since seeing him on Top Of The Pops in the early eighties tripped out of his head on acid (that's him not me, I was 12 or 13 at the time and it would be least two years later before I joined the entheogenic merry-go-round!) miming to Reward that I knew this was one tour-de-force to keep my eye on...

....anyways, huge thanks and showering of kudos for this...I see it was a moggieboy rip (who used to run the most sublime rippedinglasgow blog before the DMCA cops ran him out of blog city, that or he just got tired of people treating it like a free Itunes) so of course the rip quality is excellent.

Worth getting for the "Krankenhausmusik" mix alone, a moment where Julian makes Magma sound like an early Sarah Records release, such is its jaw-dropping sonic majesty.

Cheers. Yup, Krankenhausmusik is mighty needful.
