Giving the lie to notion of lo-fi bedroom electronica as exclusive pasty boy preserve, Tickley Feather, Annie Sachs, comes on like casio-sponsored Ariel Pink of old. Despite cutsy sampling of wee toddler Sachs' non sequiturs the listener is finally charmed into submission over 20 track course. Scattered midget gems and nary a dull moment. Longest tune clocks in at 3:30.
